For anyone who has felt their future isn’t in their hands
For the ones who have been abused mentally, physically and sexually
For the individuals who suffer from anxiety or depression
I need to you know
You do not need to be perfect
You cannot help who you have loved and love
Who you have trusted that hurt you
You will be more than okay once you let go of all the pain you’re holding onto
It’s not easy, I will not lie to you
It’ll hurt and you’ll feel you’re so far within yourself you’re unsure how to climb out

For anyone who feels like they are suffering
I remind you to breathe when your shoulders feel too heavy
