I watch the sunrise
on the 400 bridge
while sitting in morning traffic
The Sun seems so close
yet so very far away,
bright and alive I feel its life
Thinking that the perception of human life
is viewed so differently
How we live and breathe shouldn’t be measured or questioned
I pray we can all find peace in such a controversial world
