I didn’t come to fitness through a textbook.
I grew up in it. Sports, competitions, a black belt in martial arts, a blue-black in weaponry, and training were part of who I was long before they became part of my work.
For years, I dealt with fatigue, crashes, weight changes, brain fog, and inconsistency before finally being diagnosed with celiac disease in my late 20s. Later, I understood how much autoimmune health, ADHD, nutrition, training, recovery, and routine all connect.
I had to learn how to train and fuel for my body — not someone else’s plan, someone else’s macros, or a generic program online.
That is why I coach the way I do.

Here’s the truth about food and training most people don’t say out loud:
What fuels one person will not always fuel another.
Crash diets work until they don’t.
“Eat more protein” might be helpful, but it is not the whole answer.
And comparing your day 30 to someone else’s year three will never give you the full picture.
Some people want to lose weight.
Some want to build muscle.
Some want to feel strong again.
Some want to stop crashing, stop guessing, and finally understand what their body needs.
All of it is valid.
Whether you come to me for nutrition, fitness, or both, the goal is the same: a plan built around your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and your capacity.
That is the only way it actually works.

Three ways to work with me:
