Fill out the intake form — either the short version if you’re not sure what you need, or the full 26-question intake if you’re ready to build your plan. Both take less than 15 minutes.

02 — You’ll hear from me within 24 hours

I’ll review your intake and send you a welcome email with a link to book your free 15-minute pre-consult call. No payment yet (unless you’re ready!) just a quick conversation to make sure we’re the right fit, on the same page to prepare your personal plane and to answer any questions.

03 — We connect

Short call, no pressure. We go over your goals, your intake, and what your plan will look like. Ready to move forward? Payment link comes after the call.

04 — Your plan is built

Once payment is confirmed I get to work. Your custom framework is delivered to your inbox within 5–7 days.

05 — We review it together

Two weeks in, we get on a call and go through everything. What’s working, what needs adjusting, what’s next. This is where the plan actually gets dialled in.
